These certificates along with any other training records can be stored securely online in the employee’s profile.
Employers have a duty of care to their staff to consider their mental health and wellbeing. One way this can be achieved is through our EAP (Employee Assistance Program). Through an app, employees can call the confidential helpline 24/7 to discuss things like money or relationship issues, depression or anxiety. They also receive six face to face counselling sessions per issue, per year, if required. Running an EAP not only benefits the staff members, but also reduces absenteeism and can improve productivity.
