HR Insurance and Health and Safety Insurance
When you choose to work with me for HR and/or health & safety support, you have the option to take out insurance. The Peninsula Insurance is a non-advised product and is underwritten by Irwell Insurance.
HR
The HR insurance covers you for up to £200,000 per claim and £2m per year providing you have taken and followed our advice. This covers:
- professional fees and expenses incurred in employment litigation disputes with employees.
- compensation and damages awarded at tribunal for unfair dismissal and/or indirect discrimination.
Health & Safety
Health and safety insurance again covers you for up to £200,000 per claim and £2m per year. However as H&S is covered by criminal law, the insurance only covers for:
- professional fees and expenses incurred as part of a prosecution under Health and Safety legislation.
